Integra People are looking to appoint an RSW for a single service in the Rochdale area to work on a 1:1 basis with a service user who has additional needs. These needs include Autism and speech difficulties, however, the individual is an extremely outgoing person and enjoys to discover other locations and environments.

Responsibilities:

- Working on a 1:1 basis with the service user and building a positive relationship with them.

- Accompanying them to a range of locations within the local area.

- Working a range of hours including some days, some weekends and sleep-ins on a rota basis.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualification within the Residential Support Worker field.

- Availability and flexibility to work a range of different shift patterns.

- Have the capacity to be able to accompany the individual to various locations.

Children's Residential Support Worker

£9.00 - £9.50 per hour

Children's Residential Support Worker - Various Locations.

Full-Time, Permanent.

£9.00-£9.50 per hour.

Integra People are recruiting for Support Workers on behalf of a well-known and well-established care provider in the North West with a good reputation. They specialise in providing services to support young people aged 10-18 years old who present complex needs. They are looking for members of staff to display the same values and ethos that the company is built upon; the homes and staff provide a safe and consistent environment for these young people which supports their development and/or recovery.

The care provider has a good reputation in various areas of expertise including supporting young people with mental health issues, have previously been through traumatic events, additional needs (autism for example) and young people who self-harm.

The successful candidates will be required to work 35 hours per week which often includes 12-hour shifts, waking night shifts and weekend shifts on a rota basis. To apply, you will need to have experience working directly with young people who have additional needs, and preferably a Level 2/3 qualification within Care and Young People (or related specialism).

Residential Support Worker

Residential Support Worker - Lytham

Integra People are working with a care company which have a number of residential settings around the Lytham area and require additional members of staff to support these settings. The work involves supporting young people in their own homes to cook, clean, manage their budget, etc whilst also providing overnight support. As each young person has a range of different needs, some of these roles are supporting young people who require staff on Waking Watches (night shifts), some of the young people are able to get by with a member of staff on a Sleep shift. Some need 24/7 support, others require support just for certain periods of the day such as evenings for example.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the young person with whatever they need such as meals, cleaning and keeping them company.

- Encouraging independence and the young person to build more life skills.

- Reporting any behaviour which goes against the rules within the home.

Integra People are supporting a large Children's Residential Home in the Accrington area which provides care a number of young people in the Accrington area. This is a well-known and established setting with high standards, for this reason they require additional staff who are able to work regular shifts and join their team whilst following the same high standards of practice.

Responsibilities:

- Working 'Waking Watch' shifts which are available regularly - pick and choose your nights.

- Supporting the young people if they need anything during the night shift.

- Handing over to the day staff when they arrive.

Requirements:

- Ideally a Level 3 qualification in a Childcare related subject.

- DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

- Availability to work night shifts on a regular basis.

Children's Home Registered Manager

This role is an exciting Permanent opportunity for a Registered Manager within one of their excellent Children's Homes. The organisation have been supporting young people in the area for over 20 years and now specialise in providing a therapeutic service to young people with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a strong team of staff to support with their daily tasks.

- Working a minimum of 35 hours per week with some 'on-call' hours.

- Developing rotas with the staff to ensure all shifts are filled.

Requirements:

- Previous experience of residential childcare management is preferrable.

- An in-depth knowledge of the legislative and guidance framework.

- Experience of working with Ofsted would be an advantage.

- Level 4/5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent with a Leadership/Management qualification.

SEN Teaching Assistant

Integra People have been asked to provide a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with an SEN pupil for a part-time role based in the Warrington area. This role will be working to support a pupil who will be undergoing some assessments to discover how the school can best support him moving forwards.

Responsibilities:

- Work during the Mornings only (Part-Time post).

- Support this student around the school and with anything they may need.

- Liaise with the Teachers, School and agency to share best practice.

Requirements:

- Experience working with Primary aged pupils.

- Experience within SEN would be advantageous.
