Exciting plans are ahead for Integra People's prestigious client in Liverpool. The highly established construction company they are supporting are recruiting a number of Multi-skilled Plumbers to join them in the Merseyside area.

Working alongside the Senior Contracts Manager being responsible for undertaking planned and reactive tasks for minor and complex repairs from plumbing installations and repairs, heating systems and ventilation works.

Due to the works required they are to be carried out to planned timescales unless problems occur, the previous experience of working to planned and reactive works is essential for success within the role.

Dealing with all different types of clients from small to high profile and every type in-between.

The ideal candidate will have the below or equivalent to be considered.

NVQ level 3 or Equiv in Plumbing and Heating or a completed apprenticeship within the same arena

3 or more years experience working within a maintenance role, ideally coming from a background of multiple site maintenance.

Hold a current UK Driving license

Flexibility to cover out of hours emergency cover / rota

The ability to clear a Police Vetting / DBS check due to the nature of some sites (this will be funded by the employer directly)

Working alongside the Senior Contracts Manager being responsible for undertaking planned, refurb and reactive tasks for minor and complex repairs from 1st to 2nd fix solutions within buildings, doors, skirtings, frames, roof repairs and maybe some shuttering externally.

Experienced Quantity Surveyor

£40000 - £50000 per annum

Energised by continued growth with an annual turnover of over 700m per year our client, a market leader in the construction and facilities sector require some additional permanent trades to join their established team in Oxford.

This position will require an experienced QS to take the lead on all commercial activities within one of their large projects in the Oxford area.

The role will require the experience of the duties below:

  • Timely submission of account applications
  • Prepare and submit Contract interim valuations and variation claims
  • Experience with anticipated final costings versus final forecast recovery
  • Lead on Minor and Major commercial pricing and tender input
  • Strong negotiation skills relating to sub-contractors
  • Attendance for progress and commercial meetings as a company representative
  • Prepare P&L reports
  • Working closely with the billing manager to continually improve and innovate cost reporting and invoicing.

Experience required:

  • - Demonstrate previous experience in a QS role particularly within Hard FM Maintenance contracts
  • - Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the market
  • - Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • - Experience of managing profit and loss accounts and working to budgetary targets
  • - Sound project management track record
  • - Initiating, drafting and reviewing documents
  • - Excellent negotiation skills
  • - Experience in a variety of Schedules - NSR & BCIS
  • - Demonstrate proficiency in IT applications- e.g. MS Word, Excel
  • - Full UK Driving Licence
  • - Demonstrate a sound knowledge of commercial and contractual issues in relation to Facilities

Support Worker

£10 - £15 per hour

Shift patterns: Days/Nights available / Short / Long Days

Integra Healthcare is currently looking for experienced support workers for our client based in Wirral. The role will entail providing support to promote independence, life skills and informed choices to service users for male and female adults with mental health and learning disabilities, we have on one main goal; enabling people to have the most fulfilling lives possible.

Main responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Create a caring and understanding relationship with service users.
  • To promote effective communication and relationships with Service users and work colleagues.
  • To promote travel, training, money management and independent life to our service users.
  • To provide personal care where required which may involve assistance with; Manual handling to a degree; Eating and preparing meals; Helping with shopping trips; promote service users time within the community.
  • Support service users across a range of activities that can include swimming, cinema, theatre, outdoor pursuits, forest school or more day to day tasks such as shopping, cooking and cleaning.

Skills and Experience:

  • Caring, hardworking, reliable, and flexible approach.
  • Good level of literacy and communication skills.
  • Able to undertake and benefit from training.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • A good knowledge base of the needs of the people with disability.
  • 6 months previous experience in a similar role
  • DBS Update service registered
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications and mandatory training e.g. safeguarding, basic life support
  • Right to work in the UK

Integra Healthcare is currently looking for experienced support workers for our client in Southport. The role will entail providing support to people with Learning Disabilities and/or mental health issues as well as people who may have additional needs such as physical disabilities or Autism.

Main responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Supporting individuals to increase independent living skills around the home (cleaning, cooking, personal care, laundry/ironing, budgeting/paying bills, meal planning/shopping)
  • Supporting individuals with the administration of medication
  • Supporting individuals to arrange & attend all appointments
  • Supporting individuals to access the community to participate in activities of their choosing such as leisure, education, or employment
  • Providing detailed reports within supported individuals personal plans including outcomes, risk assessments, ELP's and Health Action Plans
  • Ensuring finances are protected in relation to supported individuals
  • Ensuring support is person centred and recorded & monitored appropriately to realise achievements for supported individuals
  • Working with families to foster open, honest communication and promoting a willingness to continuously improve the service their family member receives
