We are looking to recruit a Senior Gardener - Chargehand to work at a large commercial estate in Brompton. The main purpose of the role is to lead on the delivery of a range of grounds maintenance, park attendant and cleansing activities, in accordance with good practice, so that the park is maintained to an exceptional standard

As the Senior Gardener some of the main duties are but are not restricted too:

  • To ensure that the staff members are working in an efficient manner and that tasks are completed within the set timescales.
  • To understand and appreciate the landscape management plan and how the role of the landscape maintenance contractor supports the delivery of this plan liaising directly with TRP's representative to take the plan forward
  • To monitor staff's timekeeping and challenge any undesirable behaviour.
  • To ensure that basic maintenance of tools, equipment and machinery, identifying and reporting defects are undertaken and monitored until the defect is rectified
  • To deal with the client and members of public in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • To operate and maintain plant & machinery; plan and undertake routine maintenance of tools, machinery and vehicles; plan and organise machinery and vehicle servicing and repairs.
  • To ensure daily check sheets are completed accurately and submitted to the office.

Ideally for the successful candidate in the role, you will have:

  • Formal horticultural qualification e.g. National Certificate level 3 in Horticulture or the equivalent
  • Proven experience in a team leader / supervisory role is essential, and ideally you will have a supervisory or management qualification
  • Full, Driving Licence
  • Tractor driving certificate
  • Under pinning knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of risk assessment process.
  • Practical understanding of COSHH and PUWER Regulations.
  • Good knowledge of horticultural/cleansing plant and machinery.
  • To be a self -motivated individual with excellent leadership skills.
  • To have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with a 'can do' attitude.

Rotating shifts- 0600-1400 / 1400-2200

Cutting to measurements of plans

Assembling using hand tools, saws / Nail Guns etc

External fit / Insulation / Internal fit

This role is temp to perm after 12 weeks for suitable candidates.

We are looking for Play Specialists who are dedicated, reliable and confident in their ability to provide an exciting environment for the children where they feel safe and most of all have fun!

You must have a childcare qualification (minimum level 1) and you must have experience of working with and creating a fun enviroment for children.

1:1 Tutor

£20 - £25 per hour

Integra Education have been asked to provide a 1:1 Tutor ASAP.

The young person is a male pupil in Y10 who is very bright but is waiting to start a placement at another school.

The funding is for 9 hours per week and it has been requested that this is split into 3 x 3 hour sessions to start with. Funding is in place until and including May 2020 but the placement could go further than that depending on how quickly the placement can be arranged..

Sessions are expected to include basic Maths and English lessons to ensure the student does not lose any momentum in this key time for his education but he has a particular interest in ICT and DT so anyone with a Technology background or good skills in this area is encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Secondary Teaching/Tuition experience.
  • QTS/QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Good skills in basic English, Maths and ICT.

1:1 SEN Tutor

Integra Education have been asked to provide a 1:1 Tutor ASAP.

The young person is a male pupil in Reception who is waiting to start at an Alternative Provision and is working at below expectation.

The funding is for 9 hours per week and it has been requested that this is split into 3 x 3 hour sessions to start with. Sessions may well continue once or twice per week until the pupil is on a full-time timetable at school to support the transition into the Alternative Provision.

Activities will include getting on the floor and playing with cars, building bricks, etc. Potentially taking the pupil out to the local park and observing teachable moments in his play. The Tutor needs to support him to do short adult-chosen activities but not worksheets.

The successful applicant will have:

  • SEN experience.
  • Early Years experience.
  • Qualified Teacher Status, Early Years Professional Status or an NVQ Level 3.

We are recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer for various commercial buildings on a commercial contract around the York area and surrounding towns. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. The Air Conditioning Engineer's role will be to complete servicing and maintenance tasks in a commercial environment with additional experience with a variety of units including VRVs, VRFs and Split Units.

The candidate will have experience working in a static role or mobile role, on multiple buildings/sites and the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • City & Guilds F-GAS
  • City & Guilds Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • NVQ Air Conditioning

You will be happy working alone and with a team, undertaking tasks on your own initiative.

1:1 Turkish Teacher

£18 - £25 per hour

1:1 Turkish Teacher/Tutor: Wigan.

Integra People have been asked to find a Turkish Teacher of Tutor to work on a 1:1 basis with a student in Y11 who will be sitting a Turkish GCSE exam in May 2020.

The initial responsibilities of this role will be to assess the student as to where they are currently by looking at the Turkish work they have produced so far. The successful applicant will then deliver funded 1:1 sessions, after school perhaps on a weekly or fortnightly basis dependent on the needs of the student.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Turkish and experience teaching the Turkish language.

- Teaching qualification or experience working with students in the UK.

- DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one).
