RGN - St Helens

£21 - £27 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and passionate RGN's for our Nursing and Care Home Clients based within the St Helens Area.

You will be supporting care teams as we make a difference to the residents we support, providing a high standard of person-centred care. We are looking for people who are passionate about what they do and are outgoing and confident in using their own initiative.

We can support you with flexible working patterns alongside weekly pay and your own dedicated consultant who will be supporting you as you support the people we care for.

Day to Day duties:

  • Managing a patients healthcare plan
  • Checking temperature, blood pressure, pulse and other vital signs
  • Administration and maintenance of records in relation to medication
  • Checking for infections, bedsores and wounds on the service users
  • Dressing or redressing wounds and assessing the healing progress
  • Developing and improving healthcare plans
  • Providing any palliative care necessary

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a RGN
  • Wants to make a difference to the people we support
  • Having experience with Dementia Care would be desirable
  • Having a caring and passionate nature especially for caring for the elderly

Warehouse Operative- with FLT

£20000 - £26000 per annum

Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Liverpool, in an Industry which will always be booming!

Full training will be provided so you do not need any experience, you do need to hold a current FLT Counterbalance Licence, but this is not an FLT Job.

Your role will be working as a Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter, with full training provided on the job. Working on a day shift, this job (due to the size and weight of the tyres) is often a 2-person role, where you will initially work alongside trained fitters to fit tyres onto commercial wheels, ranging from small Fork Lift Truck Wheels, up to and included Heavy Vehicle Tyres and wheel assemblies.

The company has a long- and well-established pedigree in their marketplace, and as you develop you will be able to earn more leading to a fully trained role.

The role is 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch unpaid, 2 x 20 minute breaks paid and an early finish on a Friday, they are seeking people who can work well with others and join their team- a team where teamwork counts.

Warehouse Packer

£9.80 - £9.80 per hour

Our client are seeking motivated people to join their Production Packing Team based in Winsford Industrial Estate.

The role involves packing light items into boxes, checking the quality and ensuring any production issues are highlighted and reported immediately. This is steady work, with no heavy items, working in a very clean working environment.

Team Leader - residential Children's home

£10.10 - £11.30 per hour

Main responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Ensure that each young person has a plan which reflects his/her care, education, social, emotional, cultural, and therapeutic and health needs.
  • Allocate a Key Worker for each young person with the principal responsibility of implementing the childcare plan
  • Maintain monitoring systems in which the young people are consulted about the quality of care they receive
  • Attend and contribute to childcare planning and review meetings as appropriate
  • Assist the manager in developing a management style which balances the need to exercise control and give direction with the need to offer staff the opportunity to contribute to decision making
  • Ensure that all new staff receive a proper induction to the home in line with our clients policy.
  • Ensure the budgets are managed effectively and the use of all finances are properly monitored
  • To receive training appropriate to role and maintain an up to date training profile
  • To maintain up to date knowledge of the statutory and procedural frame-work for residential care and communicate this to staff as appropriate

  • The post requires the holder to work on a shift pattern as part of a rota. Sleep in duties will be included, as well as working weekends and bank holidays when required.

  • On occasion you may be requested to change your rota at a given notice as per your contract. This is to ensure the contingencies of the service are covered. This may also include covering additional shifts as emergency cover.
