Integra People opened its North Wales office two years ago after the company pinpointed the region as a key strategic area for growth, and is proud that the company’s success has risen quickly and substantially.
The office in Bangor has enabled Integra to recruit a number of Welsh/English speaking consultants within its North Wales regional office. They provide ongoing contracts for temporary workers within the Construction, Engineering, Industrial, and Telecoms industries.
David Lewis, Group Managing Director of Integra People, said that the North Wales office has been successful due to the region calling out for a quality recruitment business. “The area required a business like ours to provide quality staffing and people solutions into local businesses. We have recruited excellent staff who really understand the ethos of providing a customer-centred service.”
Since opening a dedicated office, Integra has been able to offer existing clients a more personalised service as well as secure new projects from new clients. Integra People in North Wales have already worked alongside 41 new clients since the beginning of the year.
Since January 2016, the North Wales Office has provided 1487 candidates with temporary positions, with a combined wage income of just under £1.1m.
One of our valued clients, Adrienne Bernadine, Office Manager at Blizzard Protection Systems Ltd, said: “Our consultant at Integra People worked professionally, diligently and effectively to help make the project go smoothly.
We approached Integra a few weeks ago to source twenty temporary team members, and we were immediately impressed with the quick response and high caliber of temporary staff available. I highly recommend working with Integra People for their on-going service and professionalism.”
Genna Williams, Divisional Manager in North Wales, said: “At Integra we work closely with our clients and candidates to ensure an excellent customer experience is achieved. As our extremely high standard is maintained throughout the whole process, many of our respected clients have stuck by us since we began, and have often referred further clients to us.
We have a highly devoted team here, and as a manager I am extremely proud of their successes. It has been a busy year for Bangor and throughout Integra as a business, and 2017 should be no different.”
Following the success of the North Wales office, Integra People will expand further on their already existing locations, and the continuously evolving company is keen to reinvent and expand on its already successful divisions.
