As an Senior Occupational Health Advisor you will be expected too:
- Work remotely and as part of the OH team, including administrative and screening staff, Occupational Health Physician and Regional Nurse Manager
- Take responsibility for the day to day clinical delivery of the service through provision of sickness absence case management, health surveillance and immunisation as required by the contract and referring to the appropriate team member when required
- Ensure a high standard of evidence based care is provided
- Support maintenance of confidential health records
- Maintain clean and appropriately stocked clinic rooms, including ensuring calibration of equipment, fridge monitoring, stock rotation and waste disposal
- Implement and maintain relevant health surveillance programmes
- Participate in health promotion opportunities for staff to improve working lives and provide advice on healthier lifestyles, working with outside agencies where appropriate
- Undertaking blood tests as and when required for the appropriate purpose and carry out follow up action
- Work within the agreed company policies

The successful candidate must have:
- Registered General Nurse
- Qualification in Occupational Health - preferably to degree level
- Minimum of 5 years within an Occupational Health position
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team, delegate effectively and promote excellent customer relationships

Salary for this role is £40,000 - £42,000. The hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday-Friday
