Working with all meats, including, pork, beef and lamb, products such as chops, steaks, ribs, sausage and bacon will be within the role. All types of knife work will be required, competency with all aspects of knife skillery is highly desired.
Certification in Food Handling and also experience and possible certification in butchery is required to be successful.
Working shifts - 6am - 2.30pm or 2pm - 10pm
Due to the shift times access to transport or driving license is preferred.
