  • Able to read and understand Engineering drawings
  • Must be able to operate and set CNC machines
  • Able to use measuring equipment
  • Have an understanding of geometrical tolerencing
  • Fanuc experience
  • Experience of machining plastics

As a CNC Machinist you will join a team of highly skilled and motivated people.

We are looking for candidates that like our client, are passionate about quality and process improvement. You will hold a relevant indentured or modern apprenticeship with several years' experience in CNC machining operations. You will be able to set and operate horizontal and vertical CNC machines preferably with Fanuc control experience, possess an understanding of machining processes, tooling and materials. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping and lean manufacturing would be a distinct advantage. In your role, you may be required to carry out other processes within the facility in order to complete the project as necessary and work with your peers to ensure that each operation is finished on time and right first time. You should be able to proactively resolve issues, identify improvement initiatives.

This role is a Temporary to Permanent placement (After 12 weeks)
