We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate registered manager for our 4 bedded EBD childrens residential home.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, staff team and children
This postion is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, included in the management on call is the ability to work occasional weekends and bank holidays, as and when required to meet the quality standards set by current legislation (approximately every one week in eight however this can vary dependant on holidays and availability)
Abilty to increase your salary to £48,000
We are looking for someone with the following:
Minimum 6 months experience as a registered manager within childrens home setting (preferably in Wales however if you have previously been registered with Ofsted and managed a children's home in England)
Experience working with young children with an understanding of EBD environment Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce
Level 5 in Management
