The main responsibilities of the job are to support your colleagues in sourcing and screening candidates to send to clients for their job vacancies.
Writing and posting recruitment adverts for various roles within various divisions of the business including Industrial manufacturing and construction.
Adhering to strict compliance paper works, Eligibility to work documentation checks, booking rota's, calling candidates to confirm work has been completed and obtaining verbal and written references for candidates going out to work.
Working closely with one of the company Sales Directors to ensure smooth running of all accounts with booking shifts over the phone, and via email. Checking in shifts at the start times and ensuring the availability for all clients is continuously filled.
In addition you will be involved with the posting of adverts on Social media pages and assisting with the screening of the candidates from this arena.
Ideally a background within a telephone based role within either service telesales, account management or customer services will be suited to this vacancy, coupled with a strong eye for detail and a reactive nature. The vacancy requires someone who thinks outside the box and reacts to situations quickly and efficiently.
Due to the nature of this role, a driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.
The office hours of this vacancy are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday - On some occasions there may be a requirement to work until 6.30pm.
£16,000 - 18, 000 per year dependant on experience
