We are currently recruiting for a highly reputable solicitors firm in Llandudno. You will be supporting a small team with a full range of secretarial tasks including audio-typing, document amendments/creation, booking meetings and diary management.
- Processing legal documents with accuracy, efficiency and speed
- Managing large work loads
- Diary management
- Minute taking
- Undertaking email management
- Computer literate with experience using all Microsoft Office suites
- Good English literacy, grammar and spelling skills
- Previous experience working in a legal setting
- Previous experience with Audio typing of Legal documentation and correspondents to a high standard
