Customer service administrator
Our client an award winning Uk wide manufacturer is currently seeking a customer service administrator to join their busy team.
Your main responsivities are;
- Order processing for email, faxed, tooling/prototype or intercompany orders.
- EDI order processing.
- Report any issues or risks to sales, quality, dispatch and technical department.
- Raise delivery notes to support dispatch when required.
- Follow up sales quotations, specific projects and any specific activity related to customers.
- Check stock levels before dispatch, in case stock is not available check internally.
The main activity is to make sure that everyone is working accordingly to the latest information provided by customers, internal system (EDI) and maintaining customer's satisfaction as high as possible.
You will be the main point of contact for clients so you will need to be professional and able to work well under pressure in a face paced environment.
