Duties:

  • Extracting and Inputting data
  • Liaising with clients regarding quotations
  • Answering client account queries
  • Working on an online portal system

Requirements:

  • Experience working within an office environment
  • Experience answering client queries via telephone
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
