Job Details

Our ideal Kitchen Supervisor/Chef will have the following skills and experience:

- Minimum of 1 Years experience as a Line Chef or Chef de Partie

- NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or Food Production would be advantageous

- Eye for quality standards

- Enthusiasm for producing consistent, quality food

- Ability to organise and work alone or part of a team on shift

- Ability to organise, manage and motivate a kitchen team

- Sound knowledge of HACCP & Environmental Health regulations

- Ability to manage the team in the Head Chefs absence
