Job Details

  1. Prepare sales particulars, agency agreements, money laundering documentation and invoices to company standards and within set deadlines
  2. Process any property amendments for marketing purposes
  3. Liaise with clients, solicitors and other Dafydd Hardy departments
  4. Collate information for the newspaper adverts, liaising with the appropriate Branch Manager
  5. Upload information to in-house software package and other web portals
  6. Check all internet sites where properties are published to ensure the correct details are in place
  7. Answer telephone calls as part of the 'call over flow' system. Deal with all enquiries in a professional manner

Person Specification:

The successful candidate MUST be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria;

Essential

  1. Minimum 12 months in a previous administration role
  2. Accuracy in their work with attention to detail
  3. Work in a pressurised environment to stringent deadlines
  4. Work as part of a busy, tight-knit team

Desirable

  • Have the ability to communicate in both Welsh and English
  • Previous experience of working with computerised databases

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 38.75 hours a week
