This position would be a 360 role, supporting the growth of our Healthcare desk, responsible for sourcing new business, growing the candidate pipeline and managing the recruitment process.

What will you be doing?
- Working closely with the Healthcare team to support recruitment activities across the sector
- Account managing clients within your sector, developing and maintaining healthy working relationships
- Collaborate with the team to select candidates effectively, keeping track of availability and placing them into work
- Support key initiatives that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
- Daily use of the CRM, keeping records up to date and managing key contractor availability
