Residential Child Care Officers
Integra People are working with an Ofsted Outstanding Provider, with services across the North West, currently specialising in providing a range of services to support young people aged 10-18, who may present with complex needs.
We are looking to recruit people, for generic children's homes across the Liverpool area, with a background in working with and supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
The chosen Residential Child Care Officers will have:
- Experience of working with Young People, children and families.
- Knowledge of children's social work including child care legislation.
- Experience of supporting young people and children with emotional and behavioural difficulties is essential.
- NVQ Level 3/4 Caring for Children and Young People or recognised professional qualification in therapeutic work with young people is preferable.
Residential Child Care Officers will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, including waking nights and weekends on a rota basis.
This role is also subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
