Integra people are currently supporting a leading building company in the North Wales area, an award winning local employer with great reputation and benefits to employees.

Due to ongoing expansion plans our client is looking to add an experienced finance supervisor to their team in Bangor.

Duties will include:

The day to day running of an accounts and credit control office (2 staff) ensuring all departments run smoothly.

All administration, banking, payments and invoicing is completed efficiently

Covering on Credit control to cover holidays (and supporting if required)

Working on mainly Excel and other Microsoft programs daily

Reporting to the office manager weekly with departmental reports and assisting to add value to the company within meetings

Answering incoming and making outgoing calls to clients, suppliers and customers, ensuring the highest of service standards are upheld

Inputting and running a internal stock data system (training on system given)

Various administration tasks that are required


The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to finance and credit control departments both working in and possibly supervising a small team

Strong communication and administration skills

Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft programs including excel and word

Due to the location ideally had transport / own driving license

The ability to be flexible on hours between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
