Here at Integra People we are currently looking for Administrator/Receptionist to work at a fast pace office in Birkenhead.

Job purpose:

  • Ensure the smooth running of Head Office Reception
  • Ensure calls are answered and visitors dealt with efficiently and courteously
  • Undertake administrative duties as required by the Company

  • Starting salary from £ 21,000 per annum
  • This role is Temp to Perm for the right candidates

Who we're looking for:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, and passionate professional with strong receptionist experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of databases, files, records and systems as required using Google Workspace.
  • Log and process complaints and enquiries in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Utilising Integra's resources to advertise roles and attract candidates to match the right people to the client's vacancies;
  • Provide note-taking at operational, ER/HR and Client meetings, produce and circulate minutes.
  • Book meeting rooms and order buffet lunches for meetings and book Back in Action physiotherapy appointments.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Deal with enquiries from potential trade customers.
  • Adherence to Health and Safety procedures, keep Reception clear and tidy to prevent accidents.
  • Provide other administration support as requested.
