Here at Integra People we are currently looking for Administrator/Receptionist to work at a fast pace office in Birkenhead.
- Ensure the smooth running of Head Office Reception
- Ensure calls are answered and visitors dealt with efficiently and courteously
- Undertake administrative duties as required by the Company

- Starting salary from £ 21,000 per annum
- This role is Temp to Perm for the right candidates
Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, and passionate professional with strong receptionist experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of databases, files, records and systems as required using Google Workspace.
- Log and process complaints and enquiries in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Utilising Integra's resources to advertise roles and attract candidates to match the right people to the client's vacancies;
- Provide note-taking at operational, ER/HR and Client meetings, produce and circulate minutes.
- Book meeting rooms and order buffet lunches for meetings and book Back in Action physiotherapy appointments.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Deal with enquiries from potential trade customers.
- Adherence to Health and Safety procedures, keep Reception clear and tidy to prevent accidents.
- Provide other administration support as requested.
