Integra People are working with an Ofsted Outstanding Provider, with services across the North West, currently specialising in providing a range of services to support young people aged 10-18, who may present with complex needs.
We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to work across our homes in the Liverpool area. This role would include assisting the Registered Manager with the day to day management and development of the homes. The Deputy Manager would also take a lead role in operational areas of the service and cover for the management in their absence.
We are looking for Deputy Managers who are highly motivated, can make a positive impact for young people and changing their lifestyle and also have a proven record and extensive experience of working in residential care.
The chosen Deputy Managers will need:
- Experience and knowledge of working with young people & children with emotional and behavioural difficulties is essential.
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce is essential.
- Level 5 Diploma in Management is desirable.
Deputy Managers will be required to work 37.5 hours each week including evenings, nights and weekends on a rota basis.
This role is also subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
