1:1 Tutor - Knowsley: £20-£25 per hour
Integra People are supporting an SEN provision in the Knowsley area who require a Tutor to work on a 1:1 basis. The successful applicant would be asked to support a Key Stage 3 student with some SEMH needs so experience in this field would be an advantage.
The vacancy will start by working a couple of hours per day, but this could increase depending on the availability of the successful applicant and how productive the sessions become.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver core subject sessions on a 1:1 basis.
- Provide weekly feedback on how the sessions have gone.
- Ensure the student stays on task which completing the work at all times.
Requirements:
- QTS/QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one).
- Experience teaching Maths and English within SEN settings would be an advantage.
