We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our client who is seeking a creative, ambitious and hands-on candidate with a genuine passion for marketing.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director, they will be part of a small but growing team helping to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the marketing team and supplier partners to develop and deploy annual multi-channel content strategies for the company and its brand portfolio.
  • Create, develop and manage digital content for the company website, new B2B platform (to be merged with the website) and customer white-labelled websites.
  • Generate new ideas and routes to market and action into measurable plans.
  • Help to manage and grow the company's digital presence and social media following.
  • Coordination and attendance of events and exhibitions.
  • Staying up to date with digital technology trends, developments, and changes.
  • Design, order and distribute promotional merchandise/collateral.
  • Budgeting and reporting.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or similar tools.
  • Proficient with website CMS and comfortable creating digital content and landing pages.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and marketing automation software.
  • Strong copywriting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as, Trello etc.
  • Innovative and creative with a genuine passion for marketing strategy and delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A great attitude, with a positive, calm, confident and hands-on approach.
