You will be working with adults age 18 - 65 supporting them with their day to day routine assisting with life skills such as budgeting, food prep etc.
The organisation encourage social interaction and feel that clients should be involved in activities to promote this. As a result you will be expected to twice a week go hiking with the residents, support with horse riding, football and swimming to name but a few things.
There may be some elements of personal care however most clients just require guidance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working adults with learning disabilities and enjoys and active lifestyle.
You will be expected to be flexible and work days and sleeps.
You must be able to drive a mannual vehicle due to the nature of the roles and the support during activities.
