Support Analyst

£20000 - £25000 per annum

Job Details

Main Responsibilities.

*Provide Technical support for all Quill's products & services across all branch offices & the client base

*Record all work on the appropriate systems to aid good client relationship management

*Maintain a working knowledge of all aspectf of Quill's software products by seeking training for yourself if necessary

*Attend & Contricute constructively to I.T team meetings

*Build good relations with other departments: training: sales: operations ect

*Continually update your own skills & knowledge nto the organisation by making suggestions or recommendations that could benefit the business


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a legal cashier with knowlegde of the SRA Accounts rules
  • Knowledge of Quill's interactive Legal Accounts software package
  • Solid understanding of management accounts, cash accounts and legal aid
  • Knowledge of Delphi products
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
  • Client focused approach
  • Confidently manage problem solving queries
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills
