The role:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
We are looking for an hands on Extrusion Manager to join our global client based in Runcorn on a permanent basis.
You will manage the extrusion department, as the manger you will be responsible for the extrusion department Performance, Quality, Personnel, Hygiene standards, Waste control.
You will require the ability to work well by yourself and as part of a multi-disciplined team of engineers and production teams to achieve manufacturing outputs and targets.
Taking ownership of the extrusion department you will be required to develop and manage an effective department measured against pre-agreed metrics and targets.
You will have fully responsible within the department and ensuring that all company rules & regulations are followed.
To be able to manage product development projects and work closely with department managers with the aim of successful completion of projects.
Must be committed to driving the business forward and be well organised and proactive.
