An exclusive, local client to Integra People with exquisite, 5* accommodation are currently looking for an additional Office Manager due to expansion of services.

Due to a complex expansion of our clients portfolio, this highly reputable events business are recruiting an experienced customer facing, events coordinating office manager to join their small team in Anglesey.

The Role:

Will be supervising all aspects of the office functions within the business, including:

*Lettings coordination, Pricing, packages and advertising, creating customers packages (including changes to accommodation set ups).

*Circulating offers and brochures,

*Diary management for bookings

*Tripadvisor website management

*Email bookings, telephone queries,

*Coordinating catering for properties, housekeeping, linen ordering and laundering,

*Database management, creating newsletters and managing the photo's / information and offers on the company website.

There will be aspects of meet and greet with customers at various properties on arrival and showing potential clients around properties for future bookings.

Other administration related duties within the office as required.

Due to the location of the main offices of the client, own transport is essential.

Hours:

Start time - 9am and Flexible finishing time between 4 and 4.30pm - 30 mins unpaid break.

Salary:

£13.50 - £15.00 per hour PAYE dependant on Experience and perm contract after 12 weeks onto a pro rata basis for the right candidate.
