Divisional Manager - Driving/Logistics

We have a requirement for a strong Divisional Manager for our head office in Birchwood, Warrington who comes from a strong driving sector recruitment background. With an already established client base, the Divisional Manager will focus on monitoring the performance of consultants; growing further client relationships, lending support to the staff and managing any issues and problems within the team.
The Divisional Manager will also be targeted on ongoing growth and success of the team as well as progression of the consultants.
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, we provide more than just strong financial incentives and earning potential (which we do through a no threshold commission structure which pays anything between 8% > 28% of all of your billings plus a management bonus). What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who has the passion to drive forward the regional office and inspire the consultants to continual growth. The candidate must have management / supervisory experience within a contract recruitment company and have the ability to run their own desk.
