About the Company
Integra People have quickly made themselves one of the leading contract recruitment companies in the UK since our foundation in 2008. With 3 business units and continued expansion, with plans of a further 3 locations in the next 12 months, our business is looking for someone to head up our Internal recruitment strategy for our group businesses.
To be a part of the ongoing growth and development of the organisation, highlighting the best talent and interviewing them by phone and face to face. The role will have direct liaison with senior management and the company shareholders to ensure most effective growth plan and implementation.

Recruitment experience is a must (preferably within either an executive search or senior level perm recruitment role, REC2REC experience or internal recruitment within a recruitment business.)
