Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 p.a.


Integra People are looking to grow and develop our already successful Healthcare division based from our head office in Warrington. After the effects of COVID-19 we have still managed to maintain our service levels and grow within this sector, as such we have an exciting opportunity for a career focused healthcare recruitment professional.

Excellent basic salary, no threshold commission structure (paying between 8% > 28%), 22 days holiday per year ( bank holidays on top of this) and Company Pension.

I am currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to work at our Head Office in Warrington focusing on the supply of Support workers and HCA's into Private Healthcare organisations across the North region.

Senior Recruitment Consultant responsibilities:

  • To drive and grow our active temporary workers within this sector (HCA's up to Nursing staff)
  • Grow active shifts per week by liaising with existing and new clients within the North West region
  • Work closely with the team to drive best practice
  • Register and clear active temporary workers to ensure compliance is thoroughly adhered to
  • Report in to the Regional Sales Director, maintaining trackers, CRM and sales info are up to date and reported accordingly
  • Assist in the training and development of junior members of the team
  • Work with management vendors to ensure you are maximising service and revenue

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be:

  • An Experienced temp or contract recruitment consultant
  • Have strong recruitment or hands on experience in the healthcare sector.
  • A full 360 sales consultant
  • Record of hitting bonus KPI's
  • Can - Do - Attitude with a desire to win!
  • Credible & honest
  • Have a full UK driving licence
