Recruitment Consultant - Construction (Trades & Labour)
£24,000 - £27,500 (DOE), excellent commission structure (paying between 8% > 28%), 22 days holiday per year ( stats), and company contributory pension.

A large national recruitment company specialising in Construction, Engineering, IT, Sales, Manufacturing, Telecoms, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Driving & Industrial. Showing year on year growth for the last 14 years and an excellent reputation for providing a quality service and rewarding our staff well, we are now looking to grow and develop our flagship sector: Construction.
As a supplier of temporary workers in to the construction sector (primarily trades & labour), our business works with some of the largest and well respected Civils and construction businesses in the UK.
Recruitment Consultant (Construction) responsibilities:
To generate relationships across the Civils and Construction sector with projects of all scales
Provide high quality candidates for a range of trades and skills based on our clients requirements
Research and contact new and existing construction projects in order to gather information and set up meetings
Meet prospect clients on site and build relationships as well as build relationships and discuss our range of services.
Generate high quality construction workers with a view to assisting them into projects
You will have investment internally and externally for training in order to assist you achieve your potential and maximise your earnings
You will also have time and investment from the Sales Director who can assist in making you a more successful consultant after 20 years of experience within Construction recruitment.
What you must have:
Experience within temporary / contract recruitment (ideally within a technical, construction or industrial / engineering sector)
A full UK Driving License
