All of our workers are subject to strict compliance and qualification checks prior to selection, and our stringent checks ensure that all of our candidates have the necessary licences/qualifications and certificates to fully certify them for specific positions.

As we provide support within a variety of industries, it is of high importance to ensure that each candidate we supply has been familiarised with the relevant health, safety, and compliancy rules within their sector.

Every candidate will be able to recognise work time, rest, and break regulations, workstation checklists, and general health and safety procedures.

Within technical roles, this includes guidance regarding accidents, ill health, first-aid procedures, and recognising possible dangers and solutions in appliances and the general working environment.

Our healthcare candidates will undergo practical training in basic life support and manual handling, as well as thorough online training using our bespoke e-Learning programme.

As our roles within the education sector involve working with children, it is highly important to ensure that all of our successful candidates begin their role with a clear DBS certificate.

It is an integral part of our process to ensure that all candidates we supply have been vetted appropriately, and that they understand our clients’ own risk assessments and relevant method statements.
