Team-building day for Integra People clients

To celebrate a successful year of business, specialist recruitment company, Integra People, took staff and clients for a day of team-building activities at the Wedgnock Rifle Range in Warwick.

Starting the day with a three-hour paintballing session, guests took part in seven games which saw the red team narrowly beat the blue team to win a bottle of champagne.

Briefly stopping for lunch, the activities then carried on into the afternoon with quad biking, clay pigeon shooting and problem solving games. Split into three teams, this time it was team one who took home the prize.

Once the activities were over, celebrations carried on into the evening as guests were invited for drinks and a three-course dinner at the Hilton, Warwick.

David Lewis, Managing Director of Integra, said: "We wanted to organise a day where staff and clients could relax and enjoy themselves but also work together and achieve a common goal.

"Not only was it a celebration of our success so far this year but we also wanted to thank our clients for their continued support. The activities at Wedgnock were second to none and it was a day thoroughly enjoyed by all. In fact we’ve already had requests to hold it again next year."

Russell Webster, Program Manager, said: "I have been on a few corporate days in the past but none were as enjoyable as this one. The activities were fantastic and every one of my colleagues had a great day. I’d like to thank Integra for organising the event. I can’t wait for the next one."
