The Role:

  • Develop the skills of the care team

My client is a leader in the premium, private pay care home sector. As part of planned growth, they are looking to bring on board a senior home manager to commission their next big project in Southport.

Not only are their new homes market-leading in terms of design and concept, their values and services offer real quality of life for residents.

Your role will have two key elements: pre-opening, and post opening.


  • Preparing the operational readiness of the home / Setting out policies and procedures
  • Pre-marketing strategic planning and implementation / Recruitment and integration of senior management team underneath you
  • Setting and agreeing budget with board, pre-opening / Pre-registration planning and readiness


  • Full financial control of the business
  • Maximise occupancy of business by providing guidance and support
  • Key intermediary between the business and the building contractors regarding snagging issues

CSCS/NVQ Shuttering Joiner

£15 - £16 per hour

Integra People are currently recruiting experienced NVQ or time served Shuttering Joiners to work in the Conwy area on a 12 week road project with a well established company.

To be considered for this role you must be able to provide two working references similar to the nature of this role, along with proof of your CSCS card. You must also have your own tools including chistel, hammer and battery/air nail gun as a minimum.

Duties will include creating pans/mesh for a concrete pour, boxing chambers and ducting.

RMN - Staff Nurse

£28080 - £34320 per annum

We are looking for a RMN Nurse(s) who to work either days or nights within a care home environment and keen to learn and develop their skills. You can opt for part or full time hours.

About the home:

A care home set in its own grounds on the outskirts of Southport. The home for up to 45 residents and is split across four units, who need nursing and personal care.

The home specialises in caring for people with general nursing needs and mental health care needs.

About You:

Fibre Splicer

£150 - £250 per day

Experienced BTOR Accredited Fibre Splicer required to start ASAP in the London area. Own kit is an advantage but not essential. Must have CSCS card and the following experience and accreditations,

NRSWA units to permit him to work on the chambers in accordance to the regulations.Confine space knowledge and qualifications so he can access the manhole chambers and recover the cables to be worked on.

Ideally Openreach accreditations to be able to work on the network. A9 - safety-underground.

Have the ability to understand the fibre path documents that are provided showing the individual fibre connections throughout the path from the exchange to the cabinet at the site.

Open and work on the fibre trays that are situated within our cabinets in the local exchanges. (these may have existing live connections)

Splice the correct fibres at these trays to the correct connector pig tails.

Open and work on Node Joints externally of the chambers they are to be situated within.

Prep and splice the variety of solutions that come into the Nodes*1, whether it be the feeding COF or the branching BFB, ensuring the connectivity follows the fibre path design doc.

Have the ability and knowledge to test using a visual fault locator (light pen)

Have the ability and knowledge to test the path using and OTDR and store the results for reporting.

Understand the testing process and correct any faults that have occurred along the route if they appear.

It would be an advanatge to you have your own kit such as,

  • A splice machine, capable to work on SM fibre.
  • An OTDR for connection proving.
  • The tools and materials to work on node joints (similar to the BTOR 3A joints)
  • The tools to open, strip and terminate both COF and BFB fibres.

Integra People are currently recruiting an experienced receptionist to work in the Withington area (Manchester) with a well established company, covering 10 days holiday.

Main duties will include answering internal/external calls, admin paperwork, meeting and greeting customers, filling and working on the switchboard.

To be considered for this role you must have experience and be confident taking/making calls, you must also be experienced on all microsoft programmes ie: word, excel etc.

Having your own transport is not a requirement however this is not essential.

Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
